Chris and his wife Devin came to Shoal Creek in March of 2022. Chris, an Atlanta native, has been serving the local church since January of 2010 beginning in "Lower Alabama" as a worship leader while studying music at the University of Mobile. Brother Chris went on to complete his Masters of Arts in Worship Ministry at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in 2018, and now finds joy in communicating a heart of worship and the gospel of Jesus Christ on the sanctuary platform as well as any other kind of creative platform.
Chris and Devin married along Wolf Bay in Orange Beach, Alabama in May of 2020. Together they moved from Alabama to Louisville, Kentucky for a season as Devin began her career in Child Life before they returned to North Alabama. When he and his wife are not working, they both enjoy traveling, exploring the outdoors, reading, golfing, and spending time their families.
