VBS Volunteer Form 2025
**All adult volunteers must be members of Shoal Creek Church for 90 days with a background check and child abuse training. In addition, minors will need to complete child abuse training as well.
**Please note if your kiddos plan to be involved in activities such as ALL STARS or other activities with unknown schedules, please sign up as a sub. Next to your name, add a (sub) notation.
