Wednesday Night Classes (Fall 2024)
Our next round of Wednesday Night Discipleship Classes begins August 14th.
Our House of Prayer will be at 6PM each night and then dismiss to the classes.
A Contrarian's Guide to Knowing God, Michael BreedenSometimes what we believe about the Christian life comes from a single but prominent point of view—an older Christian we look up to, a preacher, or a parent. But is there only one way of living the life of a Jesus follower? The Christian life—even one centered on grace—can still feel like a long list of dos and don’ts. But what if there’s more (and less) to our faith than we typically believe? In this series based on his book A Contrarian's Guide to Knowing God, pastor Larry Osborne tackles popular assumptions about Christian living that create stress and failure rather than growth and joy.
Praying The Bible, Steadman LivingstonWhen you pray, does it ever feel like you’re just saying the same old things about the same old things? This study is based off Donald S. Whitney’s book “Praying The Bible.” He outlines an easy-to-grasp method that will transform your prayer life…praying scripture. Praying the Bible will prove invaluable as you seek to commune with your heavenly Father in prayer every day.
Different Faiths, Mahlon LeCroixThis class will go over various world religions and cults. This was previously taught as a series. If you attended the series before, you’re encouraged to attend another class.
Choir! PracticeIf you’re interested in being a part of our praise choir, please join Bro. Chris and others as they prepare for each Sunday AND our annual CHRISTMAS service later in December.
To help us prepare for your attendance, please consider signing up for the class you plan to attend and dropping this form in an offering box.
